Boost and Favorite guru

There are a few ways you can increase the chances of your order receiving offers faster. There are 2 ways to upgrade your orders. If you are a Premium user, you have all of these benefits for free every month.

Boost

The boost is an order booster and serves to highlight your order on the gurus' panel (being the first one) and, thus, receive proposals more quickly. Its price is $1.76 and it lasts 2 hours.

We pin your request to the top of our request feed so that tutors see your request before anyone else. We mark your request with a “boost” badge to show the urgency of your request. Boosted requests are accepted on average 5 times faster and significantly reduce the chances of not receiving proposals.

Favorite guru

Here is where the remember (or #tbt) happens. You had a good result in a previous activity and would like the same guru to do a new one?

When requesting your order, simply activate the feature to invite a favorite guru. You can forward the order to as many gurus as you want, and we even recommend that you do so, here's why:

When you send your request to your gurus, your request will be highlighted on their boards (they will know that a student they have already helped needs new help), however, there is no guarantee that your request will be accepted by that specific guru. Therefore, to diversify and increase the chance of seeing familiar faces, we suggest that you forward it to all the gurus you trust.
